Invite Candidates (via email or SMS)

We have greatly simplified the process of onboarding candidates, using email and SMS as effective tools to connect with potential candidates. Our methods not only speed up the recruitment process but also offer a personal and direct approach to connecting with talent from different backgrounds and locations.

After creating the job, you can share its link with people by copying the link by clicking on “Share Job Link”

Then send the link to the candidates via email or SMS.

Then the candidate can paste the link into any browser.

The candidate will find himself on the Recruitment Assistant page

He can apply for the job by clicking on “Apply for this job” and then fill in the data.

Then “Continue Applying” and “Start”

Then the candidate begins to receive questions and answer them with audio and video

When it’s done, AI gives you an interview report, including the most important analyses that hiring managers may need to make hiring decisions.
