During the hiring process, the hiring manager can share candidates' interview reports with clients and managers to assess each candidate's strengths, experiences, and compatibility with the company's values and culture.

After the candidate finishes the direct interviews, AI gives you detailed reports on all the interviews, as shown in the figure
These reports are shareable with clients, hiring managers, and any third parties.
To share the job interview report, click on this sign at the top right of the report page.
The report can be sent by e-mail or by copying the report link and sending it in a text message
Share the link with the person you want, and when that person clicks on it he can see the report
After viewing the reports, clients and hiring managers can make sound hiring decisions based on data analysis.
