To search your talent pool, follow these steps to explore options:
Go to the “Talent Pool”.
On the main page of the talent pool, you will find advanced search filters as shown
Search your talent base using several options such as:
- Job title.
- Skills
- Experience
- Country
Accessing your candidates' data is now quick and easy, eliminating the need for manual searches.
- You can also search within your talent base by clicking on the search box.
And choose to search by name, email, experience, university, job.
You will receive the desired information instantly.
