Among the features that allow Velents to speed up the recruitment process by executing multiple actions for a large group of candidates simultaneously, rather than performing those procedures separately, This feature is extremely valuable for processing large volumes of data.
To learn how to accomplish this, please follow these steps.
Click on the “Talent Pool” then select a group of candidates as you wish.
Click on “Actions”
In which you can perform a set of actions with the candidates such as”
- Export Talent
- Download Talent CVs
- Send Screening Invitation
- Send Message
- Add Tags
- Delete Talents
To export and obtain the data of some of the candidates in the talent base, click on Export talent
Then press Export and immediately you will have the data of these candidates on your personal device.
To download the CVs of a group of candidates, click on “Download Talent CVs”
and click on “continue”
Then you will get two options, either upload CVs with the company watermark or upload a new watermark.
Choose from them and then click on “Export” and immediately you will get the CVs of the candidates in your email. Or you can skip the previous step and upload your CVs directly.
You can also send an invitation to the selected talents for a career examination for the existing job you are hiring for by clicking on “Send Screening Invitation”.
Then select the desired job and press “Invite Talent”
You can also message some candidates by clicking on “Send Message”.
Also, you can add tags to the filter by clicking on “Add Tag”.
Then press "Add Tags".
You can also delete some candidates from your talent pool by clicking on “Delete Talent”.
