Import Data Into The Talent Pool

Adding candidate data to Velents' talent pool helps recruiters import and integrate current and past data from anywhere, streamlining the hiring process and improving talent acquisition.
After adding this data, AI can examine, sort, and filter suitable resumes and arrange them according to their quality.
To accomplish this task, please follow these instructions:
Click on the “Talent Pool” as shown
Then click on “Add a new talent”.
You can add your candidate data in 3 different ways:
- Add talent manually
- Upload Talent List
- Upload Talent CV
If you are interested in adding talent manually, click on the first option and start filling in the data shown
Then click “Save”
As for adding a list of talents, you can click on “Upload Talent List”
And import files from your personal computer.
If you want to add a CV for a candidate, click on “Upload Talent CV”
Then click “Save”
With these simple steps, you will have added data to your talent pool to be sorted and vetted by AI
