While posting the vacancy on Velents, you can use AI to carry out the job interview steps with the same quality as human virtual interviews, in addition to providing functional and behavioral analyses of the candidate’s performance in the interviews and making recommendations for development.

To do so, follow these steps:
After logging into your account on Velents
Click on “Start New Evaluation”

Fill in the basic job data, and to find out how to do so, click here.

Enter a job description for the job, and to find out how to do this, click here.

If you want to start interviewing the candidates as soon as they apply for the job, choose the “Automate Interviews” option.
Then begin selecting interview questions from the question bank on the left of the page or manually entering questions in the middle.

Now you can add Select Assessment by industry, assessment type, and level.

Go to the Evaluation Priorities page to specify the percentages of priorities that AI will use to measure candidate skills. For details on determining these priorities, click here.

On the same page, specify the percentages of the characteristics of the candidates, and to find out how they are determined, click here.

Now go to the “Review & Publish” page, to find out how you can accurately review the data and if you want to add a hiring manager to the job, click here.

Do not forget to review all the data that appears in front of you

Choose the job status then press “Post”.
Now your job is on the Velents platform
- You can see its details and the number of applicants easily through the jobs page.
