Velents offers an ideal employment experience with evaluation priority. This means identifying priorities and important factors when evaluating candidates for open positions. The priority evaluation helps focus on crucial aspects of the job, leading to more accurate and objective hiring decisions.

After completing the first 3 steps in creating new evaluation, you will find yourself here.
Now you can control the evaluation priorities that will be judged on the performance of the candidates in the interview, as shown.

You have the ability to manage the priority ratios index offered by Velents, which includes:
- Personality Matching: This means that the personality of this candidate is compatible with the job role.
- CV Matching: This means that the candidate's CV matches the job requirements.
- Answers Matching: This means that the candidate's answers in the interview are commensurate with the job role.
For the total sum to be 100%, the priorities must be equal.
Now you can choose the priorities of the personality traits of your candidates according to the 5 criteria model.

Then Click “Save & Continue” to save the changes and complete the rest of the Evaluation posting steps.
