Velents Evaluation Reports provide a detailed analysis and assessment of a candidate's performance. They offer insights for informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
After the candidate completes the evaluation sent by the hiring manager, the AI instantly analyzes the answers and generates the following report.
The first part of the skills report contains the candidate's file data:
- Name
- Job Title
- Contacts Info
Then more detailed data about the candidate such as:
- Job
- Stage
- Applied at
- CV Matching
- Salary
Also the candidate's skills and experience
The second part of the report contains the timeframe for the assessment:
- Date Taken
- Start Time
- End Time
- Time Taken
- Completion Status
And more detailed evaluation data by clicking on “View Details”
The third part of the report contains the results and performance measures of the candidate, such as the candidate's score in the skills compared to the average success rate in these skills, and compared to the scores of other candidates in the same skills.
The fourth part of the report contains test details such as:
- Assessment Date
- The number of questions within each skill
- The number of correct answers
- Time Taken
- Score
- Result
The fifth part of the report shows the total result of the candidate's skills, the degree of success, and its arrangement compared to other candidates
The sixth part is a monitoring report during the test and includes:
- Camera status
- Out of Full-Screen Mode
- Switched Tabs
- Time spent outside test window
- Multiple people within frame
- Unique audio captured
- Plagiarism found
Below the monitoring report, you'll find a time report detailing those attempts
The seventh part of the report explains AI's comment on the candidate's answer
- Improvements
- Hiring Insights
- Observations
At the end of the report page, you will find the final evaluation of the candidate by AI.
The last part of the report allows hiring managers to add their opinions on the candidate's performance
Velents skills reports are shareable with third parties, recruiters can share them with hiring managers and clients.
